The agreement

Every stay is covered by a rental agreement signed electronically before any payment. The agreement, the house rules and the pool rules are shown in full before signing, and a signed copy is sent immediately.

Price, cleaning and visitor tax

— seasonal rates, if there are any. And the VAT treatment: if the French small-business exemption applies, invoices must carry “TVA non applicable, article 293 B du CGI”, and the prices shown are then net of VAT —
From €200 a night. End-of-stay cleaning €200 per stay, shown as a line of the total and never folded into an average price.
A 30% deposit on booking when booked more than 30 days before arrival; the balance 30 days before arrival. Full payment for bookings made within 30 days.
The visitor tax is collected for the Toulon Provence Méditerranée metropolitan authority, taken by the owner and passed on, at the rate in force.

Minimum stay: 3 nights. It is written before it is applied — the calendar never refuses dates without having said so.

Between 30 and 15 days before arrival: the initial 30% payment is retained.
Less than 15 days before arrival: the full amount remains due.

The other parts of the property, not mentioned in the listing, are reserved and not accessible to guests.

Every field says what it is for. A field that cannot say so is removed.
